Data Presales Engineer

Job ScopeThe Pre-Sales Engineer is accountable for advising and coordinating with the Sales team on all technical issues related but not limited to account penetration strategies, pre‑sales implementations, solution design and training. S/He is a technical expert building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving the business through multiple technical initiatives.Job TitlePre‑Sales EngineerMain Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of the company products/servicesWork with the Sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and achieve set targetsCreate specific accounts for product(s), service(s) and sales plans pertaining to the company products/servicesCollaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals and high‑level designs and demonstrationsRun, manage and drive proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and close opportunities from a pre‑sales and implementation perspectiveBuild sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectivesLead technical sales callsManage adoption, integration and value generation of offered products/services within the customer/partner business and related IT infrastructureComplete required pre‑sales documentations in a quick and accurate mannerDevelop content, train and support partners and customersRespond to after‑hours support queries during assigned rotations and elevate issues if neededPut available systems into practice (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardizationPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.ExperienceAt least 3 years of relevant experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
