Data Management Section Head (Emiratized Role)

<div><p>We are seeking an experienced<b>Head of Data</b>to lead the design, development, and management of our data infrastructure. The role ensures the availability of high-quality, secure, and reliable data to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Strategy&Leadership:</b>Oversee data management strategy and drive adoption of modern data engineering technologies.</li><li><b>Data Architecture&Integration:</b>Ensure effective and reliable data integration across systems, and manage data warehouses for stability and availability.</li><li><b>Quality&Governance:</b>Lead data quality initiatives, define KPIs, and enforce data security policies in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.</li><li><b>Operational Excellence:</b>Optimize data processing efficiency, manage the section budget, and implement Agile methodologies for project delivery.</li><li><b>Collaboration:</b>Work with AI teams to support model training infrastructure and improve data accessibility for analytics and reporting.</li><li><b>Team Management:</b>Supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications&Experience</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li><b>Experience:</b></li><li><b>Nationals:</b>Minimum 6 years (Bachelor’s) or 7 years (Diploma) in data infrastructure leadership.</li><li><b>Certification:</b>CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) is preferred.</li><li><b>Languages:</b>Fluent in Arabic and advanced proficiency in English.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
