Job Description As a Data & Insights Enablement Senior Analyst at Roche India - Roche Services and Solutions in Hyderabad or Chennai, you will have the opportunity to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive data-informed business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across various business functions and the GATE India team to develop insights and strategies that optimize data-driven processes, empowering the organization to make informed decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze Patient and Claims datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to business and operations teams. - Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to provide accurate and relevant information for development projects. - Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance and operational efficiency. - Build advanced statistical models using cutting-edge analytics tools. - Create qualitative and quantitative reports that effectively communicate key insights in a clear and accessible manner. - Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a structured, impactful manner. - Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to capture data requirements, ensuring timely delivery of actionable, reliable information. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to address data needs comprehensively. - Prepare data-driven recommendations for process improvements and present insights to senior leadership as necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines with 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business analytics operations, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotech industry. A Master's degree is preferred. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with practical experience in programming or scripting languages such as Python or PySpark. - Familiarity with data visualization tools for creating impactful dashboards and visual insights. - Working knowledge of Pharma datasets such as Patient Data, Claims Data, and LAAD Data. - Hands-on experience in Patient Analytics or Claims Analytics is a plus. - Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills for bridging the gap between data insights and business strategy. - Proven track record of improving business efficiency and campaign ROI through data-driven decision-making.
