Job Description You are a self-motivated and energetic professional who is passionate about reporting and analytics. Joining the Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team at State Street, you will play a crucial role in evolving the reporting function. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality reporting and analysis on HR data to identify trends and offer guidance for global business decisions. Collaborating with internal teams, you will enhance reporting processes and optimize solutions to support State Street strategies. Additionally, you will support technology-based platforms and functionality implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs - Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), corporate functions, and business leaders - Provide consultation, data interpretation, and presentation; manage all phases of reporting projects - Design and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and visual aids for actionable insights - Document/update reporting processes and drive standardization and optimization of reporting solutions - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, remove roadblocks, and review optimal resolutions - Build and maintain HR Data Governance Structure and Dictionary for HR - Connect with HR analyst community, support knowledge sharing, and best practices across Global HR - Develop insights and storytelling from quantitative data for leadership consumption - Determine analytical approaches, establish rigor and statistical methods for data analysis **Qualifications and Required Skills:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management - 5+ years of experience with Tableau for data visualization - Experience in programming languages like R, Python, or SAS for regression modeling - Knowledge and hands-on experience of Workday is a plus - Strong technical skills with expertise in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) - Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying insights to a non-technical audience - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage ambiguity - Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting - 5-7 years of experience in performing HR reporting and analysis - Business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills At State Street, you will be part of an organization that is dedicated to helping institutional investors manage risk, navigate challenges, and drive performance.
