Job Description As a Data Analyst at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by leveraging your strong technical expertise and structured problem-solving approach. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your solid analytical ability and intellectual curiosity to extract valuable insights from complex data sets. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly by simplifying them for diverse stakeholder groups. - Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment using your strong organizational skills. - Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to convey your findings and recommendations. - Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, including writing scripts, evaluating queries, performing joins and filters, and utilizing SQL Developer and SQL Loader. - Apply Excel functions such as VLOOKUP to enhance data analysis processes. - Understand end-to-end business process flows to ensure accurate data delivery. - Possess intermediate proficiency in Python and familiarity with Python or Visual Studio editors. - Experience with version control tools like GitLab or Bitbucket. - Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis is a plus. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in a data analyst role. - Immediate joiners preferred. - Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups. - Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. - Strong communication skills across all levels of management and technical teams. - Working knowledge of SQL, Excel functions, Python, and version control tools. - Experience with Splunk for log analysis is advantageous.
