The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving data quality across the organization.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3><b>Data Governance&Framework Implementation</b></h3><ul><li>Design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with<b>NDMO guidelines</b></li><li>Define data policies, standards, and procedures for data management</li><li>Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models</li><li>Develop and maintain data governance operating models and roadmaps</li></ul><h3><b>Regulatory Compliance (PDPL)</b></h3><ul><li>Ensure organizational compliance with<b>Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)</b></li><li>Define and enforce data privacy, classification, and protection policies</li><li>Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage data risks</li><li>Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements</li></ul><h3><b>Data Quality&Management</b></h3><ul><li>Define and implement data quality frameworks, metrics, and monitoring processes</li><li>Identify data quality issues and drive remediation initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness</li></ul><h3><b>Metadata&Data Management</b></h3><ul><li>Manage data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management processes</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of data assets and flows</li><li>Support implementation of data governance tools and platforms</li></ul><h3><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b></h3><ul><li>Engage with business stakeholders to promote data governance best practices</li><li>Conduct training and awareness sessions on data governance and data privacy</li><li>Act as a bridge between business, IT, and compliance teams</li></ul><h3><b>Required Skills&Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</li><li><b>5–10 years of experience</b>in Data Governance, Data Management, or related roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>NDMO data governance framework</b></li><li>Hands‑on experience with<b>PDPL compliance and data privacy regulations</b></li><li><b>CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)</b>certification is mandatory</li><li>Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Skills</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in large‑scale enterprise or government environments</li><li>Familiarity with data architecture and data warehousing concepts</li><li>Knowledge of international data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li></ul><h3><b>Key Competencies</b></h3><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and governance mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to influence and drive change across organizations</li><li>Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
