Job Title: Data Governance Specialist (NDMO / PDPL)Experience Required: 8–10 YearsLocation: Riyadh - OnsiteRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Governance Specialist with strong expertise in NDMO standards and PDPL compliance to drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving data quality across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesData Governance & Framework ImplementationDesign and implement enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with NDMO guidelinesDefine data policies, standards, and procedures for data managementEstablish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability modelsDevelop and maintain data governance operating models and roadmapsRegulatory Compliance (PDPL)Ensure organizational compliance with Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)Define and enforce data privacy, classification, and protection policiesWork closely with legal and compliance teams to manage data risksConduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirementsData Quality & ManagementDefine and implement data quality frameworks, metrics, and monitoring processesIdentify data quality issues and drive remediation initiativesCollaborate with business and IT teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and completenessMetadata & Data ManagementManage data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management processesEnsure proper documentation of data assets and flowsSupport implementation of data governance tools and platformsStakeholder CollaborationEngage with business stakeholders to promote data governance best practicesConduct training and awareness sessions on data governance and data privacyAct as a bridge between business, IT, and compliance teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5–10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related rolesStrong knowledge of NDMO data governance frameworkHands‑on experience with PDPL compliance and data privacy regulationsCDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification is mandatoryExperience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.)Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle managementPreferred SkillsExperience in large‑scale enterprise or government environmentsFamiliarity with data architecture and data warehousing conceptsKnowledge of international data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and governance mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and drive change across organizationsStrategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability#J-18808-Ljbffr
