The company is expanding its data capabilities and is seeking multiple Data Governance Specialists to strengthen its enterprise-wide data governance function.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure consistent and trusted data across the organization.Establish clear data ownership and stewardship models, promoting accountability for data quality and compliance.Oversee data lifecycle management, ensuring that data is properly cataloged, governed, and aligned with regulatory requirements.Support data quality, master data, and metadata initiatives to enhance accessibility and usability across business units.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive governance adoption and resolve data-related issues.Perform hands-on activities to support governance operations, including documentation, audits, and reporting.Qualifications and Skills7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or analytics roles within enterprise environments.Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, operating models, stewardship, metadata, and lineage practices.Experience working with data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.Relevant certifications in data governance, data management, or cloud fundamentals (preferred).Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.Halian GroupWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
