OverviewJob Title: Data Governance Project Lead (SME) 1Year Contract (Onsite Dubai)Location: Dubai UAEJob Type: 1Year Contract (Onsite)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Project Lead (SME) to join our onsite team in Dubai. This role is critical in implementing a Data Management framework across the organization ensuring the successful of policies procedures and best practices.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of Data Governance frameworks, policies and procedures.Oversee project planning budgeting risk management.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data management standards.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive Data Operationalization.Manage the endtoend of data governance initiatives and projects.Utilize Data Governance tools such as Informatica DEQ EDC AXON etc.Provide subject matter expertise on data governance strategy and best practices.Qualifications12 years of experience in Data Governance & Data Management, preferably within Banking & Financial Services.Strong background in Project Management & Change Management.Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Finance or related field Masters preferred.Hands-on experience with Data Strategy implementation and governance tools.Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a huge plus.Strong stakeholder management communication and decisionmaking skills.Ability to take initiative and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
