<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Master-Works is looking for an experienced Sr. Data Governance Consultant to join our team and lead our data governance initiatives. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data governance strategies that enhance data integrity, security, and compliance within our organization and for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of data stewardship and promoting best practices across all levels of the company.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of data governance frameworks and policies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Consult with clients to assess their data governance needs, providing tailored recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Train and mentor junior data governance consultants and data stewards on best practices and governance standards.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate data governance implementation and compliance, making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving business and regulatory demands.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between IT, compliance, and business units to ensure a cohesive approach to data management and governance.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills and Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields, including 3+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality metrics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).</li><li>Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex data governance initiatives on time and within scope.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Relevant certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are highly desirable.</li><li>Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica), data cataloging, and data quality assessment tools.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced data analytics and emerging trends in data management.</li></ul><ul><li>Master’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in data governance or related fields, including 3+ years in a leadership role</li><li>Extensive knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)</li><li>Arabic Speakers ONLY</li><li>Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Preferred certifications such as CDMP or DGSP</li><li>Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica</li><li>Familiarity with advanced data analytics and emerging trends</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
