In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will help organizations drive data-driven decision‑making while maintaining the highest governance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needsConduct assessments of existing data governance practices and identify improvement opportunitiesFacilitate workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to data governance standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountabilityMonitor and report on compliance with data governance policies, recommending corrective actions as neededRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or consultingStrong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Proven ability to analyze complex data systems and recommend actionable improvementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagementPreferred QualificationsRelevant certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are advantageousFamiliarity with data governance tools and platforms for managing data quality and complianceExperience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
