Data Entry Executive

Zahr Freighters is looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who can accurately manage large volumes of data, maintain organized records, and support logistics operations through efficient information management.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter shipment, inventory, and operational data into company databases accurately.Maintain and update records related to logistics operations and client information.Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to collect required information.Organize and maintain digital and physical records of documents.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.Assist with administrative and documentation tasks when required.Follow company data management policies and procedures.RequirementsHigh school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Skills & CompetenciesStrong concentration and focusGood time management skillsAnalytical and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a teamProfessional and responsible work attitudeAt Zahr Freighters, accurate data management plays a vital role in ensuring efficient logistics operations.
