Data Engineering Production Support Analyst

Job Description As a Data Engineering Production Support Analyst, you will be a part of the Data Engineering Support team responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting production systems. This role involves monitoring jobs in Azure Synapse, Databricks Notebooks/Workflows, and Informatica MDM. You will collaborate with different teams to resolve production system issues and provide support on India Day and Night shifts during all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor jobs in Azure Synapse, Databricks Notebooks/ Workflows, and Informatica MDM. - Resolve production system issues by collaborating with different teams. - Provide support on India Day and Night shifts during all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. **Qualifications Required:** - 6 years of overall experience primarily in Data engineering production support projects using Databricks. - 2+ years of experience in Azure Data technologies, primarily in Databricks Notebooks/Workflow, and also on CI/CD with Synapse. - 1+ years of experience in designing, engineering, and implementing cloud data solutions, collaborating with the business to build enterprise-scale data solutions to support machine learning, artificial intelligence, and analytics. - 1+ years of experience in cloud data development solutions, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, Serverless, Data Orchestration, API Management, microservice frameworks, container orchestration. - Good to have experience in Informatica MDM (SaaS version). - Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment. - Must be flexible to meet project goals. This role is at the Senior Level.
