<div><ul><li>Oversee Data&Digital Procurement Services section, driving the development and implementation of data-driven procurement strategies and digital solutions through leveraging technology and analytics to enhance the procurement capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Data&Digital Procurement Services, aligned with the strategic objectives and procurement goals.</li><li>Lead a team of procurement professionals, data analysts, and digital experts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, IT, finance, and business units, to identify opportunities for leveraging data and digital technologies to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.</li><li>Drive the development and implementation of data analytics capabilities to support strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and procurement decision-making.</li><li>Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital procurement tools and platforms, such as e-procurement systems, supplier portals, and contract management software.</li><li>Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers to leverage external expertise and resources in digital procurement initiatives.</li><li>Develop and implement governance policies, standards, and procedures for the management, security, and utilization of procurement data and digital assets.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data-driven procurement and digital transformation and incorporate them into the organization's procurement strategy.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance on change management and organizational readiness to ensure successful adoption and integration of digital procurement solutions.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>Min of 6-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, data analytics, or related field.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
