Data Collection Officer

Field supervisor - Any nationalityShould be good in Communication, Presentable etc.Any Graduate/Fresher/High School etc.Transportation will be provided - Entity to the respective Destination.Commission based.Visa - Should have Family sponsorship visa/ employment visa.Responsible for processing the work supervision and daily follow-up of all cooperating participants of its work areas and ensure that all members of the field work team are committed to perform their mandated tasks as optimized and implement the required technical guidance instructions.TasksAttend the theoretical and practical training program and absorb all instructions and working methods and pass the final test successfully.Field supervision of the work of its collaborating participants and their close application of technical instructions.Daily assurance that the cooperating participants of his/her uniforms, the presentation of identification cards and the relevance of the tablet for the work of each collaborating participant before and during the field work.Receiving his own work areas and targeted samples from the administrative supervisor through the geographical system.Distribution of samples in its areas of operation to its collaborating participants.Identifying the nature of the areas of operation and determining their limits and dividing the main areas of work into sub-field areas of work for cooperating participants considering the balance of time and place as far as possible.Ensure that its collaborating participants receive survey tools and address the administrative supervisor if necessary.Ensure field researcher's access to the target family and begin updating their data before moving to the following sample.Supervise its field team, review their work, work to resolve challenges and overcome obstacles encountered while performing statistical work, and lift them to the supervisor if they cannot be resolved.Conducting a field review of samples of at least 10% per participant and submitting periodic reports to the General Supervisor.Audit and approve the data received by the Working Group after verifying their authenticity and comprehensiveness.Ensure that all assigned sample units are covered.Follow up on the schedule of dates and visits of cooperating participants to families or establishments and ensure that the dates are met.Follow-up the daily productivity of collaborating participants and submit recommendations to the administrative supervisor.Work on the inventory of observations that may be received during the data collection phase by its field work team and submit them to the administrative supervisor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
