Data Architect

<div><p><b>Position Overview:</b>As a Data Architect at Master-Works, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data architecture that supports our organization's goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective storage, retrieval, and analysis of data, thus enabling data-driven decision-making.</p><h3><b>Core Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Design and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business applications and analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure the timely and accurate movement of data.</li><li>Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.</li><li>Optimize database performance, conduct capacity planning, and monitor system health.</li><li>Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.</li></ul><h3><b>Key Deliverables:</b></h3><ul><li>Develop robust data architecture documentation and metadata repositories.</li><li>Create and manage data pipelines that facilitate data access for analytics and reporting.</li><li>Lead efforts to modernize the data infrastructure, including integration with cloud-based services.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to data analysts and scientists in utilizing data effectively.</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Architect or in a related role.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.</li><li>Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud data services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
