About the job Data Analytics Specialist - Billing Implementation (JDEdwards)RESPONSIBILITIESTranslates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Ability to analysis the meters data related to the billing.Ability to communicate and analysis the issues related to the readings of the smart meters and suggest solutions to enhance the process.Professional certification preferred in data analytics Minimum of 6-8 years experience with recognized firms.Highly numerate, with developed analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.Computer skills including proficiency in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.Developing Standards, Quality Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Statistical Analysis, Reporting Research Results, Requirements Analysis, Financial Skillspreferable bi-lingual with mastery of written and spoken Arabic and EnglishKnowledge of the analytical tools i.e power bi, Altyrex.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCEM. Sc. in Communications and Network Engineering or Bachelors in a related field like statistics, computer science, accounting or finance.A Minimum of10 years of digital transformation and smart servicesGovernmental sector experience, not less than 3 years.experience working within afully integrated JDE Enterprise One implementation and support.Good command of written English. Arabic preferredAdvance knowledge of MS office.Experience in customer relations & management billing implementation.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesTime management capabilities, analytical, negotiation and staff development skillsAbility to facilitate and be a team leader and must be detail oriented.
