Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product growth, improve user experience, and support strategic decision-making. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities across our platform and apps.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user behavior, deposit flows, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and friction pointsBuild and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Metabase or similar)Partner with Product and Engineering to define, track, and evaluate key metrics and KPIsConduct ad-hoc deep dives to support business decisions (pricing, partnerships, marketing ROI, cohort analysis)Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impactDevelop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibilityMonitor data quality, flag anomalies, and propose corrective actionsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling mannerRequirementsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related)Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)Experience with BI/visualization tools (Metabase, Power BI or similar)Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experiment designAbility to translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong attention to detail with a bias toward action and ownershipNice to HaveExperience in fintech, banking, or financial servicesFamiliarity with event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)Experience with Airflow, or similar data pipeline toolsKnowledge of regulatory/compliance data requirements (SAMA, PCI-DSS)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOn-site role at our office in RiyadhOpportunity to shape the data culture at an early-stage, SAMA-licensed fintechWork directly with founders and leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
