Data Analyst

<div><p>We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product growth, improve user experience, and support strategic decision-making. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities across our platform and apps.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Analyze user behavior, deposit flows, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and friction points</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Metabase or similar)</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering to define, track, and evaluate key metrics and KPIs</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc deep dives to support business decisions (pricing, partnerships, marketing ROI, cohort analysis)</li><li>Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact</li><li>Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility</li><li>Monitor data quality, flag anomalies, and propose corrective actions</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related)</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)</li><li>Experience with BI/visualization tools (Metabase, Power BI or similar)</li><li>Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experiment design</li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li><b>Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action and ownership</b></li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services</li><li>Familiarity with event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)</li><li>Experience with Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory/compliance data requirements (SAMA, PCI-DSS)</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>On-site role at our office in Riyadh</li><li>Opportunity to shape the data culture at an early-stage, SAMA-licensed fintech</li><li>Work directly with founders and leadership</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
