Data Analyst - Senior Associate - Travel

Job Description Role Overview: As a Data Analyst Team Lead at Paytm Travel, you will be joining the analytics team to identify key problem areas and develop intelligent and actionable KPIs for business growth. You will be responsible for extracting data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining databases, and preparing reports for management and stakeholders. Your role will involve setting up automated dashboards to drive performance management and supporting the data warehouse in reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources - Remove corrupted data and fix coding errors - Develop and maintain databases, reorganizing data in a readable format - Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions - Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders, enabling them to make important decisions - Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements - Setup robust automated dashboards to drive performance management Qualifications Required: - Graduation is a must - 2-3 years of full-time experience in analyzing business data - Proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery and Hive), Advanced Excel, and any visualization tool (preferably Google Data Studio) - Prior experience in analyzing business data, not just data engineering/dashboarding roles About the Company: Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company, focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering a variety of payment use cases.
