This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, shaping semantic models, and ensuring data accuracy across enterprise reporting systems.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Data Analyst & Modeller, you will assess source systems, map key datasets, and define KPIs to support enterprise reporting and governance. You will collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to design Silver/Gold layers, document data lineage, and deliver engineering-ready specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex datasets and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess source systems, interfaces, and data structuresMap datasets, KPIs, and reporting dependenciesDocument data lineage, dictionaries, and semantic model componentsSupport Silver/Gold layer design and KPI definition with governance teamsDeliver engineering-ready specifications and technical documentationUse SQL and data profiling to explore and validate datasetsRequired Qualifications & Skills4+ years’ experience in data analytics, product/program management, or CRM/lifecycle marketingProven success in analytical, data-driven environmentsStrong SQL, data modelling, and documentation skillsExperience with large, complex datasets (healthcare background is a plus)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesNice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with enterprise BI tools and semantic modelling frameworksKnowledge of data governance and KPI standardization practicesExposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Advanced Excel and visualization tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau)Experience in healthcare or regulated industriesRecruitment Pro TipHighlight your SQL proficiency and experience with semantic modelling in your CV.
