OverviewPosition OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to join the IIRIS team focusing on reference data management and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a passion for data and an eagerness to leverage AI in their daily tasks.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and manage reference data within the IIRIS ecosystem ensuring data quality and consistencyUtilize SQL for data querying and manipulation and engage with APIs using tools like PostmanConduct meetings with business users to understand their tool usage and data requirementsTranslating technical details into comprehensible insights for non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with the team to communicate our products effectively and contribute to the ongoing evolution of IIRIS data management practices with a focus on AI integrationQualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation with a strong understanding of data structures and relationshipsExperience with Python/Pandas for data analysis and processing and familiarity with AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs)Ability to work with structured datasets and apply data quality methodologiesAn analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.A willingness to learn and adapt is crucial for this junior role.
