Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office + 2 Days Work from Home) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days preferred Employment Type: Full Time Experience Required: 7+ Years Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced analytics solutions including machine learning models and predictive analytics. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support business decision-making. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Implement data governance and ensure data quality across systems. Continuously experiment with new algorithms and techniques to drive innovation. Required Skills: Strong experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) Hands-on experience with Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics Strong knowledge of SQL and Big Data technologies (Spark) Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Strong understanding of statistics, data modelling, and analytics Experience in data visualization and communicating insights effectively Good to Have: Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production Exposure to AutoML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Experience working with large enterprise datasets We are looking for professionals who can translate complex data into meaningful insights and drive business impact through analytics.
