Data Analyst Content & User Growth

OverviewCompany Overview: Our client is a leading international media and digital content platform with a strong footprint across Asia and an expanding presence in the Middle East. The company operates large-scale content ecosystems including long-form content, short-form video, and subscription-based products, and is actively strengthening its data-driven decision-making capabilities to support regional growth. This role will focus on content performance, user behavior, and commercialization analytics, working closely with content, product, and growth teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a quantifiable, real-time, and accurate data framework, including unified core metrics, data definitions, and monitoring mechanisms.Design and maintain core dashboards and daily/weekly reports covering content performance, conversion funnels, retention/churn, and monetization metrics.Conduct in-depth analysis on key content, projects, and campaigns (e.g., major shows, short-form content, or regional initiatives), providing performance evaluation, issue diagnosis, and optimization recommendations.Develop user profiling and segmentation models, establishing tagging systems, audience clusters, and preference insights to support content, product, and operations strategies.Identify critical churn and drop-off points across the user journey, drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, and track post-optimization results.RequirementsExperience in data analysis or data operations, preferably within content platforms, internet products, or growth-oriented environments.Strong proficiency in SQL; hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Python experience is a plus.Clear logical thinking with the ability to articulate a full loop of problem → metrics → insights → actions → review.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with product, content, and operations teams.English as a working language is required.Familiarity with Middle Eastern users or Arabic language skills is a strong plus.Why This RoleHigh-impact role directly supporting content and user growth strategy.Exposure to regional and global stakeholders in an international organization.Opportunity to build scalable data foundations and analytics frameworks from the ground up.Competitive compensation and long-term development potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
