Job Description

Job Description As a Data Analyst CTI at Unilever, your role will involve working on the Data analytics workstream to support the B & W CTI team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the CTI Manager to build a data analytics programme, analyze data, build predictive models, and interpret analysis outcomes. - Providing statistics and data science expertise to deliver the data analytics programme and enhance the data analytics skills within the B & W CTI teams. - Conducting consumer data analysis, correlating consumer and technical data, and performing ML modelling. - Engaging and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams such as Digital R&D, Formulation, and Appraisal teams. - Ensuring the quality and defensibility of statistical analyses, models, and data interpretation. - Engaging in continuous learning initiatives to stay updated on the latest analytical, statistical, and machine learning methods. In terms of Data Analysis & Insight Generation, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing consumer research, sensory, usage & attitude, and clinical study data to generate actionable insights for product development and optimization. - Integrating multiple data sources to gain a holistic understanding of product performance. - Identifying patterns, drivers, and trade-offs between efficacy, sensorials, and consumer preference. - Supporting claims development and substantiation through robust data analysis. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or equivalent field with demonstrated fluency in applying statistical methods in scientific research. - Expertise in applying statistical methods, Design of Experiments approaches, and data visualization. - Strong technical background in multivariate statistical methods and hands-on experience with data management tools such as Python, R, and Excel. - Proficiency in statistical software like SAS, Python, R, MATLAB, and JMP. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - 710 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within FMCG, Beauty category, Consumer Research, or R&D. - Experience in consumer studies, sensory panels, or clinical trials is highly preferred.
