Data Analyst Admin Assistant

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis: Collect clean and analyze data from various sources to identify trends insights and actionable recommendations.Develop and maintain data dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving processes.Presentation: Prepare clear and concise reports in both Arabic and English tailored to technical and nontechnical audiences.Design visually appealing presentation materials using tools like PowerPoint or other visualization software.Present findings to internal teams, stakeholders and clients ensuring clarity and engagement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals.Translate technical data into business insights to support strategic decision-making.Communication: Ensure all materials reports and presentations are accurately translated and culturally adapted for Arabic and English-speaking audiences.Act as a liaison in meetings and workshops requiring bilingual communication.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL Python or R.Experience with visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar.Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modelling.Languages: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). Fluent in English (spoken and written).Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Detail-oriented with strong problemsolving skills.Experience: Proven experience in a data analytics role.
