Job Description Role Overview: As a Data Analysis at Nuveen, you will support the organization's global customer relationship management (CRM) technology. Your responsibilities will include assisting the global distribution teams by addressing user requests, enhancing user experience, and maintaining data integrity of the platform. You will work under close supervision to assist in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction and reduce risk. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting data sources and monitoring data quality to meet information system needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of users acceptance, and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls. - Assist in compiling and maintaining sales and marketing statistics and tracking programs to evaluate effectiveness. - Maintain data within the customer relationship management (CRM) technology to ensure data adheres to data standards. - Support the implementation of data quality processes and ensure sign off on data-related changes. - Participate in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data. - Assist information technology (IT) partners with designing and documenting solutions to bridge the gaps and provide detailed business requirements to change salesforce.com to customer relationship management (CRM) technology. - Document and maintain test plans to assess business processes. - Support technical architects on design decisions, both within the CRM technology itself and other connected applications. Qualification Required: - University degree preferred.
