Job Description Role Overview: You will be joining Accenture's S&C Global Network - Data & AI practice as an Analyst to help clients in the Life Sciences industry grow their business through innovative analytics solutions. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of consulting projects, working on high-visibility projects with Pharma clients, and developing your skills in strategy, consulting, and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Support small to medium-sized teams in delivering consulting projects for global clients. - Collaborate on high-visibility projects with top Pharma clients worldwide. - Participate in personalized training modules to enhance your strategy and consulting acumen. - Contribute to strategy, implementation, process design, and change management for specific project modules. - Work as part of a team or individually on projects requiring skills in Data Engineering and Data Science. - Create assets, methodologies, research, and white papers for team and community use. - Engage in projects covering Data Modeling, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science. - Learn new skills applicable across different industry groups. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare projects with a track record of delivering successful outcomes. - Proficiency in Statistical Models and Machine Learning techniques such as Segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization. - Familiarity with Programming languages like R, Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Additional Information: You should possess the ability to solve complex business problems and prioritize client satisfaction. Strong writing skills are essential for developing industry trend insights. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required for effective collaboration within the team and client interactions.
