D365 F&O Developer - Reports (m/f/d)

A global digital solutions and technology consulting organization delivering large‑scale enterprise transformation projects. The company is seeking a D365 F&O Developer – Reports to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality financial and operational reports that support business decision‑making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement custom reports and reporting enhancements to meet business and compliance requirements.Create and modify report layouts, data models, and structured outputs aligned with user specifications and business workflows.Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable, optimized technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues such as performance bottlenecks, data inaccuracies, and rendering errors.Maintain comprehensive documentation for report logic, data structures, customizations, and change history.Continuously enhance reporting capabilities by adopting new features, improving data accessibility, and aligning solutions with business growth.Qualifications and SkillsStrong experience developing custom reports and data‑driven outputs using enterprise reporting frameworks and technologies.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, and .NET, with a strong understanding of data structures and report rendering logic.Familiarity with enterprise modules such as HR, procurement, inventory, and sales to support cross‑functional reporting requirements.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving reporting and data performance issues.Experience collaborating with stakeholders across technical and functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable reports.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.Halian GroupWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
