Job Description As a Software Test Analyst at FIS, you will play a crucial role in developing fintech products that are revolutionizing the payment, banking, and investment landscape. Your responsibilities will include consulting on software development processes, quality practices, audits, and measurements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, and other programmatic test tools. - Communicate testing activities and findings effectively both orally and in writing. - Manage daily test activities independently. - Provide internal quality assurance and support test lead in risk identification and mitigation strategies. - Participate in requirement discussions with clients to define automation scope and complexity. - Prepare detailed test plans and scenarios based on business requirements. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Cypress. - Collaborate with Business Analysts to transfer functional knowledge. - Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot failures, and liaise with client teams to resolve configuration issues. - Estimate effort and scope for new automation requests and enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. - Proficiency in QA with Cypress Automation experience. - Knowledge of basic principles, processes, phases, and roles of application development methodologies. - Expertise in Automation programming languages like Java and Typescript. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, RestAssured, API testing, Cypress, or Playwright. - Familiarity with version control using Git and experience with CI/CD tools. - Experience with test data management tools like Zephyr and task management tools like JIRA. - Understanding of SQL and relational databases for test data validation. - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication skills for technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to write test cases, create documents, and interpret project requirements. - Self-motivated with a self-learning attitude and ability to deliver under pressure. **Additional Company Details:** At FIS, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and have a significant impact on your career.
