Our mission is to bring Saudi hospitality to the world, guided by values of generosity, innovation and future consciousness.</p><h3>Job Scope</h3><p>As the Cybersecurity Lead at Adeera, you will be responsible for protecting the organization’s digital infrastructure by implementing and managing cybersecurity measures. Reporting to the Head of GRC, you will oversee daily cybersecurity operations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards. Your role supports Adeera’s broader mission by maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital assets in a fast-paced hospitality environment.</p><h3>Main Duties and Responsibilities</h3><p><b>Maintain and update cybersecurity infrastructure.</b></p><ul><li>Ensure the protection of Adeera’s IT systems through regular monitoring and technical updates.</li><li>Support implementation of controls aligned with regulatory standards.</li></ul><p><b>Conduct security assessments and risk analysis.</b></p><ul><li>Identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation plans.</li><li>Evaluate feasibility and impact of cybersecurity projects.</li><li>Coordinate investigation and recovery efforts in collaboration with relevant teams.</li></ul><p><b>Ensure operational compliance with cybersecurity policies.</b></p><ul><li>Support audits and ensure continuous adherence to internal and external requirements.</li><li>Maintain documentation for cybersecurity controls and activities.</li></ul><p><b>Promote awareness and training initiatives.</b></p><ul><li>Assist in delivering staff training programs and promoting a security-conscious culture.</li><li>Support content creation and coordination for awareness campaigns.</li></ul><p><b>Monitor cybersecurity trends and evolving threats.</b></p><ul><li>Stay informed on vulnerabilities and emerging risks.</li><li>Recommend updates and improvements to current systems as needed.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for cybersecurity-related matters.</li><li>Support IT and legal teams with data protection and compliance activities.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+)</li><li>4–6 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations</li><li>Hospitality industry experience is an advantage</li></ul><h3>Qualifications/Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools</li><li>Experience with threat detection, response, and mitigation</li><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance (e.g., NCA ECC, ISO 27001)</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Good organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure</li><li>Solid communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Basic knowledge of cloud security and modern IT environments</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
