Job Description As a Security Architect at Kyndryl, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the security strategy within the Service Provider organization. Working closely with the leadership team, you will design and implement effective security solutions to protect business objectives and regulatory requirements while staying ahead of emerging threats. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting risk assessments and threat modeling to prioritize risks to business and IT assets - Designing a cutting-edge security architecture framework - Maintaining policies, standards, and guidelines related to information security - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and technologies like encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions Key Responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration - Deploying and configuring Palo Alto NGFWs and Prisma Access for secure remote access - Integrating Prisma Access with existing network infrastructure and cloud platforms - Configuring GlobalProtect VPN, IPS/IDS, URL filtering, and advanced threat prevention - Design & Documentation - Developing architecture diagrams and implementation plans for hybrid and multi-cloud environments - Documenting configurations, migration steps, and troubleshooting guides - Migration & Integration - Migrating legacy VPN/firewall solutions to Prisma Access and NGFW - Integrating with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD) for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) - Support & Troubleshooting - Providing Level 2/3 support for Prisma Access and NGFW deployments - Diagnosing connectivity issues across distributed networks and cloud environments - Automation & Optimization - Implementing automation for policy management and configuration using APIs or scripting - Optimizing Prisma Access performance for large-scale deployments Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider organization - Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW and Prisma Access (minimum 5 years) - Strong understanding of SASE architecture, SD-WAN, and cloud security - Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, IPSec, SSL/TLS) - Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls - PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) required - Prisma Access-specific training or certification preferred - Deep understanding of security technologies and cloud security concepts Kyndryl is committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.
