Explore our roles and join those making a real difference.</p><h3>Description</h3><p>RIME is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen and maintain the security of our systems, infrastructure, and operations. The ideal candidate is an expert in cybersecurity principles and exceptionally proficient in Linux environments. This role requires technical depth, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to proactive threat mitigation.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Advanced expertise in Linux systems administration and security; ability to diagnose, harden, and operate complex Linux-based environments.</li><li>Deep understanding of network security, encryption protocols, and authentication frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM platforms, and log analysis.</li><li>Strong experience with cloud security (AWS or equivalent) and infrastructure-as-code tools.</li><li>Hands‑on experience conducting penetration testing and vulnerability management.</li><li>Ability to manage security incidents independently and under pressure.</li><li>Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience securing IoT, edge computing devices, or distributed systems.</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML system security considerations.</li><li>Professional certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CEH, or similar.</li><li>Prior experience in fast‑moving startup or technology‑driven environments.</li></ul><h3>Roles And Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Safeguard RIME’s cloud environments, on‑premise systems, and internal networks through continuous monitoring and security hardening.</li><li>Develop, implement, and enforce organization‑wide security policies, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.</li><li>Investigate and manage security incidents, performing detailed root‑cause analysis and implementing long‑term corrective actions.</li><li>Oversee identity and access management, secrets management, and endpoint security configurations.</li><li>Secure CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, and development workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to embed secure‑by‑design principles into all projects and systems.</li><li>Provide internal training and guidance on security protocols, operational hygiene, and risk awareness.</li><li>Maintain awareness of emerging threats, attack vectors, and relevant industry intelligence.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
