QualificationsEducation : Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Experience : 5 to 8 years of related experience with complex systems and procedures.Certifications : ISO, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials +, and NIST.Technical Skills : Expertise in cyber security best practices and standards (e.g., NCSC, CIS, NIST).Security Solutions : Experience in designing secure solutions including firewalls, endpoint security, data loss protection, CSOC services, cloud security, and more.Core Technologies : Familiarity with technologies like Alien Vault, Azure Sentinel, Splunk, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Dell Cyber Recovery Vaults, Sophos, and others.Key Behaviors : Customer-focused, influencing and negotiating, results orientation, continuous improvement, strategic planning, attention to detail, and people leadership.Soft Skills : Strong planning and organizing, stakeholder management, initiative, problem-solving, decision-making, team orientation, listening, and communicating.Computer Literacy : Proficiency in computer and financial literacy.Commercial Acumen : Good understanding of commercial aspects and ability to support sales account managers.
