Job Description As a Cyber Security Delivery Manager, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cyber security services to clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain client relationships, and lead a team of cyber security professionals. Your responsibilities include: - Lead and manage cyber security service delivery, ensuring services are delivered within scope and agreed service levels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality, secure services - Strengthen client relationships by meeting their security needs consistently - Possess a good understanding of various Cybersecurity domains such as Infra security, End Point Security, SOC, DLP, Proxy, and Firewall In terms of team leadership and resource management, you will: - Manage and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, offering guidance and career development opportunities - Allocate resources effectively for service delivery, managing team workload and capacity - Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team For operational excellence, you will: - Ensure service delivery aligns with ITIL or other relevant frameworks - Manage service escalations, ensuring quick resolution and root cause analysis - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) In client engagement and relationship management, you will: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cyber security services - Conduct regular service review meetings with clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions to security challenges Regarding Cyber Security Risk Management, you will: - Identify and assess cyber security risks in client environments and recommend mitigation strategies - Oversee security controls implementation and continuous improvement - Drive vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat intelligence efforts In Cyber Security Solutioning & Strategy, you will: - Provide strategic direction on security solutions in alignment with business objectives - Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to develop and execute cyber security strategies - Ensure services align with industry trends, technologies, and best practices For Incident and Crisis Management, you will: - Manage security incidents and breaches, coordinating response and remediation efforts - Conduct post-incident analysis for root cause identification and prevention In Reporting and Documentation, you will: - Ensure accurate and timely reporting on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and service performance - Maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and configurations related to service delivery Continuous Improvement will involve: - Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains - Leading initiatives to enhance service offerings and overall security posture for clients This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8 to 15 years of experience in cyber security, including 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role in service delivery. Experience in managing cyber security operations teams and familiarity with CyberSecurity technologies and frameworks is essential.
