Madre Integrated Engineering Full timeWe are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst with strong CCNA-level networking expertise to secure, monitor, and defend enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses heavily on network traffic analysis, Cisco security technologies, and incident response , ensuring availability, integrity, and confidentiality of network services. Key Responsibilities (CCNA-Focused) Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect security threats and anomaliesInvestigate network-based attacks such as DDoS, spoofing, MITM, port scans, and lateral movementConfigure, manage, and monitor Cisco routers, switches, and security devicesAnalyze logs from firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network devicesSupport SIEM integration of Cisco network and security logsPerform packet analysis using tools like Wireshark and tcpdumpImplement and maintain network security controls (ACLs, VLANs, NAT, VPNs)Assist in incident response related to network intrusions and compromisesPerform network vulnerability assessments and remediationEnsure secure network architecture and segmentationDocument network security incidents, SOPs, and architecture diagramsCollaborate with SOC, Network, and Infrastructure teams Requirements 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security / Network Security rolesValid CCNA certification (mandatory)Strong knowledge of:TCP/IP, OSI model, routing & switchingVLANs, STP, NAT, DHCP, DNSNetwork security protocols (IPSec, SSL, SSH)Hands-on experience with:Cisco routers and switchesFirewalls (Cisco ASA / Firepower preferred)IDS/IPS and VPN technologiesExperience in network traffic analysis and packet captureFamiliarity with SIEM tools for network log monitoringUnderstanding of common attack vectors and mitigation techniquesExperience with Windows & Linux network services Preferred / Additional Qualifications CCNP Security or CCNP EnterpriseCEH or CySA+SIEM certifications (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel)
