Job Description As a Business Application Consultant specializing in Oracle compliance and security at PwC, your role will involve providing consulting services to validate compliance and enhance security within Oracle applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance for compliance with regulatory standards. By enabling clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain industry regulations, your work will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and implement security measures for Oracle applications
- Offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
- Mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain industry regulations
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle OCI/Cloud consulting and/or implementing
- 1+ years of experience in managing engagements and teams in the domains mentioned in the Job Description
- Candidates with Big 4 or equivalent experience preferred
Additional Details:
You will report to a KSDC (IAC) workstream lead/Senior Manager/Director at PwC. The KSDC (IAC) team works closely with overseas Engagement Teams and clients directly. In addition to being an exceptional individual contributor, you will manage engagements and relevant Teams allocated for the same. Communication with offshore engagements and relevant PwC Territory teams is crucial for providing high-quality deliverables to support PwC Global Offices.
You will also oversee your team members' performance of testing in areas related to controls around the financial reporting process and IT management controls specific to Oracle. It is essential to have an understanding of OCI - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security and Cloudguard to ensure compliance. Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and effectively manage engagements while training/coaching team members are key requirements for this role.

- Execute detailed reviews over work performed by team members
- Develop team members' skills through regular coaching and feedback
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with global teams
