You’ll help client teams uncover user needs, define customer journeys, and translate insights into actionable product and service concepts. Working across research and design, you’ll contribute to early-stage teams launching disruptive new businesses or enhancing strategic offerings within existing units. units. That means jumping into collaborative workshops, guiding teams through ambiguity, and delivering high-quality research and design outputs under tight timelines.
