Customs & Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Customs & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing customs documentation and compliance processes while ensuring excellent service delivery by managing customer inquiries processing orders and supporting our internal teams. If youre a great communicator thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented this position is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare review and ensure compliance of all customs documentation for shipments (including declarations certificates of origin)Coordinate with customs brokers freight forwarders and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearanceCoordinate with the shipper and freight forwarders to obtain required documentsManage customer communications via phone and email with professionalism and empathyProcess orders promptly and accurately providing regular updates to customersIdentify potential sales leads and coordinate with the external Sales teamContact suppliers to confirm stock and pricing ensuring transparency with clientsResolve customer concerns efficiently and politelyUse technical documentation (e.g. exploded views) to identify part numbers and collaborate with the Technical team when neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or degree in Economics or similar fieldExperience in customer service or sales specifically in the GCC regionExpertise in export processes particularly from UAE free zones to the GCC regionStrong customer-oriented thinking and approachStrong problem-solving skills and customer focusFluency in English (Arabic is a plus)High level of initiative team player and able to work independentlyWell - organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectivelyProficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantageAdditional InformationOffice locationJebel Ali Free Zone W3VX343 - Mina Jebel Ali - Jabal Ali Industrial Second - Dubai - Emirati Arabi UnitiWhat we offerInformal atmosphere international work environment with real growth opportunitiesA close-knit agile local team where your voice mattersContinuous training and professional development supportHousing and transportation allowanceFull-time role Monday to Friday (8 hours)Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
