Customs Clearance Operation Specialist

Job DescriptionPosition ResponsibilitiesHandle Documentation: Prepare and check all shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) for the plant.Manage Clearances: Process customs declarations through "Fasah" and other government platforms to ensure parts and finished goods move smoothly.Coordinate with Logistics: Work closely with the warehouse team and freight forwarders to track shipments from arrival to delivery.Compliance: Follow Saudi Customs laws and SILZ-specific regulations to avoid any fines or shipment holds.Duty Management: Manage customs duty exemptions or payments as per the manufacturing plant’s requirements.On-site Support: Solve any issues that happen at the port or the SILZ gate immediately.Position Skills & RequirementsExperience: At least 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in customs clearance in Saudi Arabia (experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus).System Knowledge: Must be fast and accurate using Fasah, Bayan, and other customs portals.Communication: Good communication skills in Arabic and English to talk with both customs officers and the international business team.Problem Solving: Ability to fix documentation errors quickly so the production line doesn't stop.Location: Must be willing to work on‑site at the SILZ area in Riyadh.Nationality: 2 positions are reserved for Saudi Citizens.1 position open to Any Nationality.Job Specification- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficient in logistics and supply chain management.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.- Proficient in relevant software and tools.Job Rewards and BenefitsHealth Insurance, Life Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
