Customes Clearance-Public Relations Specialist

We are hiring a Customs PRO – Customs Clearance & Duty Exemption to manage end-to-end customs clearance, duty exemption, and government coordination for imported road infrastructure materials and accessories. This role is operational, customs-driven, and critical to project execution and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end customs clearance for imported materials related to road infrastructure and road accessoriesCoordinate with UAE Customs, ports, and approved clearing agentsHandle customs duty exemption and refund processes for infrastructure projectsEnsure accurate HS code classification, documentation, and complianceSupport clearance of materials such as steel, aluminum, road furniture, thermoplastic, paints, and chemicalsLiaise with internal teams (procurement, finance, projects) to ensure smooth material flowTrack shipments, inspections, demurrage, and detention to avoid delays and penaltiesPrepare and maintain customs, exemption, and import records per projectRequirementsProven UAE customs clearance experience (mandatory)Background in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or logistics environmentsHands-on experience with import/export, HS codes, and customs documentationExperience with customs duty exemption for projects is a strong advantageArabic (native or fluent) and good English communicationAbu Dhabi customs or port experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
