Customer Support Manager (Weekends + Holiday hours)

We’re looking for a Support & Operations Manager to handle day-to-day support requests and assist with basic operational tasks. This is not a senior-level role, but it requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving routine issues,
