Customer Support Associate-Voice

 Handle incoming calls from customers requiring automobile assistance.  Coordinate with field technicians to facilitate timely support.  Enter customer and service request details accurately into the admin portal.  Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests.  Escalate any issues,
