Job Description You will be working as a Customer Care Executive for the voice process at Apollo Tele Health Services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching each issue, and providing solutions. - Following communication scripts when handling different topics. - Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile. - Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive manner. - Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and requirements: - Previous experience in a Customer Support role. - Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening. - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. - Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for males (no night shifts for female candidates). - Good typing skills and self-transportation. It is mandatory to have excellent command over English and Hindi with fluency. Customer support experience is preferable.
