Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our crypto exchange team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for users ensuring a seamless experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining high service standards. Position: Customer Support Agent (Crypto Exchange)Location: Dubai (On-site)Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and professional support to users via live chat email and ticketing systems.Assist customers with account issues deposits/withdrawals KYC verification and trading-related queries.Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.Monitor support queues and ensure all requests are handled within defined SLAs.Collaborate with compliance product and technical teams to resolve user issues.Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.Stay updated on platform features crypto market trends and internal processes. Requirements: Previous experience in customer support within crypto services.Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges wallets and basic trading concepts.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Experience with support tools such as Zendesk Intercom or similar platforms.Ability to handle high-volume support environments and work under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work in shifts including weekends if required.Proactive patient and customer-oriented mindset.
