Customer Success Manager

Job Description As a Zero Trust Success Manager (ZTSM) at SecureDynamics Inc., your role is crucial in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of Zscaler Zero Trust solutions for enterprise customers. You will be working closely with customers to design, deploy, and operationalize Zscaler environments, including ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust Digital Transformation architectures. Your technical expertise, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple enterprise deployments autonomously will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead large-scale Zscaler deployments for enterprise customers. - Architect and implement Zero Trust network security models. - Guide customers through Zero Trust Digital Transformation initiatives. - Ensure successful deployment and adoption of ZPA (Zscaler Private Access). - Conduct daily customer meetings via video conferencing (Zoom). - Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize configurations. - Collaborate with customer security teams to align architecture with security policies. - Provide strategic guidance on Zero Trust maturity and roadmap planning. - Manage multiple simultaneous enterprise deployments. - Deliver customer success outcomes independently within 2 weeks of joining. **Qualifications Required:** - Full-time employee at an organization with 5,000+ employees. - Minimum 2 years hands-on Zscaler Professional or Managed Services experience. - Minimum 4 years Zscaler Technical Support experience. As this role is highly customer-facing, you must maintain a professional remote work environment, including a quiet and dedicated home office, ability to participate in continuous video meetings with camera-on Zoom participation throughout the workday, and clear and uninterrupted audio quality. Limited weekend availability may be required when requested by customers.
