DescriptionRole: Customer Services Support Officer Location: Abu DhabiRole Purpose: Deliver Excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standardsKey Accountabilities of the role: Opening and closing applicant on time.Ensure proper implementation and follow up with timely.Prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals.Performed efficient troubleshooting of issues.Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectationsCo-ordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional mannerParticipate in regular review and development meeting with key stakeholdersPrepare and provide monthly reportKeeping a record and details of actions takenSupporting customer service agentsProvides technical help to colleagues if required.Ensure compliance with bank policiesPerform other task specified by management.Ensure customer queries are resolved with agreed TATPositive customer feedbackDeliver professionalism when dealing other departmentsSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Display flexibility in dealing with other team membersGood data processing skillsGood problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent Decision-making skillsPrevious experience required (if any):Previous banking experience in similar roleKnowledge of regulated financial services and banking industriesDetailed understanding of asset productIn depth understanding of the internal process procedures and internal systemsThis position is for UAE Nationals onlyRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Corporate Paralegal,Accounts Handling,CNC,Architectural Design Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
