Job Description Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Non-Voice Process) with at least 0- 8 years of experience in handling customer Chats or emails and delivering excellent service. The role involves managing inbound/outbound non-voice interactions, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer Chats professionally Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction Record customer interactions and update details in CRM systems Escalate complex or unresolved issues as per defined procedures Achieve individual and team KPIs (AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR, etc.) Follow company policies, compliance, and quality guidelines Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline) Experience: 0- 8 year of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process (mandatory) Languages: Good English communication (mandatory) Hindi Required Skills Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge Ability to handle challenging customers calmly Flexibility to work in rotational shifts Work Conditions Non-Voice-based customer support role Rotational shifts / Night shifts (as per process requirement) Work from Office Mohali What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Professional training and on-the-job learning Career growth and internal promotion opportunities Supportive and energetic work environment
