Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment focused on providing outstanding service to our valued customers.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and respond to queries via Whatsapp, Email, etc. in a professional mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, or order statusResolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete satisfactionDocument customer interactions and update relevant informationCollaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customers' needsMaintain high-quality standards in customer service at all timesAdhere to company protocols and performance metricsMust have requirementsMinimum 3 years of call center experienceFluency in English, both spoken and writtenExcellent multitasking abilitiesKeen attention to detail in all aspects of workStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureNice to have requirementsExperience in the UAE marketKnowledge of CRM software and call center technologiesPrevious experience in the retail or e-commerce sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
