Job Description

OverviewWork Flexibility: HybridWhat you will doProcess Customer orders (Oracle) and monitor delivery dates and work on dates improvementWork with the Purchasing team Suppliers Commercial teams RAQA Finance and Logistics teams on matters related to orders processingSupport with shipments arrangement (getting instructions from customers work with supplier warehouse and logistics team providing supporting documents to the customers etc.)Provide excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner using phone or e-mail interactionSupport RAQA Team with quality issues and any other quality related matters (RMA booking etc.)Process and follow up customers complaintsArchive documents related to order processing and shipments and assistance during audits by collecting requested documentsAssist with after-sales care including replacements in close cooperation with Technical Service and RAQACommunicate effectively with Customers and respond to their requestsAssist the implementation of Discounts and FOC PolicyKeep control on customer payment terms with the Finance to ensure shipments are done according to credit limits approvedWhat you needMinimum 2-3 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in the related fieldExperience with ERP is desirableAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on ExcelProficient in written and spoken English at least at an Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate levelResponsibility perseverance attention to detailsExperience working with large databasesExcellent communication skills handling objectionsStrong customer satisfaction focusedTravel Percentage: NoneRequired ExperienceUnclear Seniority#J-18808-Ljbffr
